Obras360, a brand of the Sotecnisol Group specializing in construction materials, is strengthening its presence in Portugal with the opening of two new stores in the second half of 2024. The new locations, situated in Leiria e Braga, represent an investment of more than two million euros and reinforce the company's commitment to offering comprehensive and innovative solutions to construction professionals across the country.
With an area of 1,000 m², the Braga store, located on Rua da Confeitaria in Pavilion 6, offers customers a wide range of products, from traditional building materials to innovative solutions for sustainable construction. The Leiria store, on the other hand, with 700 m², is located on National Highway 365, in Pavilion 5, and offers an equally comprehensive portfolio tailored to the region’s specific needs.
This strategic investment is part of the company’s expansion plan, which aims to exceed 30 million euros in revenue by 2024. The opening of these two new stores brings the total number of Obras360 retail locations in the country to 8.
