Law No. 93/2021 established the General Framework for the Protection of Whistleblowers, transposing into national law Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.
Under this legislation, all legal entities with 50 or more employees are required to establish internal reporting channels, which may be shared among entities within the same corporate group, provided that confidentiality is ensured and reports received are handled appropriately.
Through this channel, you can safely and confidentially report irregularities, legal violations, or breaches of the Sotecnisol Group’s internal policies. Reports may be submitted by employees, service providers, suppliers, partners, or anyone with a professional relationship with the Group.
A whistleblower is entitled to legal protection whenever he or she acts in good faith, with serious grounds to believe that the information reported is true and would not otherwise have come to light.
