O Obras360, a Sotecnisol Group brand, opened its doors in Palmela after a period of soft opening. This expansion, the result of an investment of over one million euros in warehouse space, personnel, inventory, and land, represents a significant step forward in the Portuguese company’s commitment to growing and building closer ties with construction professionals in the region on the south bank of the Tagus River.
The new store, located in the Vila Amélia Industrial Park in Quinta do Anjo, offers a spacious area of more than 20,000 square meters dedicated to construction. Among the products available are dry construction materials, mortars, high-quality wood products (OSB, MDF, and particleboard), external thermal insulation composite systems (ETICS), acoustic insulation, ceramic tiles, and liquid waterproofing membranes.
This is the sixth store opened by Obras360, a pioneer in the online sale of construction materials, and is part of the Portuguese company’s expansion plan, which aims to exceed 20 million euros in revenue by 2023.

In addition to offering the ‘Click & Collect’ service, which allows customers to pick up their orders in just 1 hour, this new store features more than 10,000 products available both online and in-store, as well as specialized technical support, complemented by a fast delivery service. Palmela thus joins Maia, Vila Nova de Gaia, Coimbra, Lisbon, and Olhão, further expanding Obras360’s physical presence.
