Sotecnisol Coberturas e Fachadas, a Sotecnisol Group company specialising in building envelope solutions, namely waterproofing, insulation and rehabilitation of roofs and façades, has strengthened its presence in Portugal by opening two new branches in March 2026: Vila Real (Sotecnisol Trás-os-Montes) and Évora (Sotecnisol Alentejo). With these openings, the company now has nine branches, ensuring closer and more efficient coverage across the country.
This strategic investment addresses a growing market need and reinforces the Sotecnisol Group’s commitment to being ever closer to its customers and partners, especially in the country’s inland regions. The new facilities in Vila Real and Évora join the existing ones in Braga, Maia, Coimbra, Leiria, Lisbon, Palmela, and Olhão, consolidating the company’s presence from north to south in Portugal.
With this initiative, the Sotecnisol Group aims not only to optimize its logistics and commercial operations but also to help strengthen the local business community by creating new job opportunities.
