The sectors of <a href=\"https:\/\/sotecnisol-power.pt\/\">renewable energy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.obras360.pt\/\">distribution of materials<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/samoraiscastro.pt\/\">agribusiness<\/a> were the ones that grew the most, contributing significantly to the Group's overall results.<\/p>\n<p>The acquisition of companies that are strategic to the Sotecnisol Group, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/evolut.green\/\">Evolut.green,<\/a> the opening of new Obras360 stores, the expansion of the company's operations <a href=\"https:\/\/coberturas-fachadas.pt\/\">Sotecnisol Roofing &amp; Facades<\/a>, the acquisition of a majority stake in Waterproof, and international expansion are part of an investment of approximately <strong>2 million euros<\/strong>, during the year 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur ambition to be a one-stop shop has been coming to fruition, and this is reflected in the growth of certain business units within the Group. We will continue to invest in sectors that are fundamental not only to the Group but also to society as a whole, whether in agriculture or renewable energy. After all, 2023 was the year in which renewable energy production in Portugal reached a new high, which fills us with pride. \u201dWe remain committed to offering the best solutions to achieve goals that have a positive impact,\u201d says Jos\u00e9 Lu\u00eds Castro, CEO of the Sotecnisol Group.<\/p>\n<p>By 2026, the Group expects to reach 100 million euros in revenue through business expansion and diversification. To this end, the strategy will focus on creating and acquiring new brands to expand the portfolio of services. The following was recently created: <a href=\"https:\/\/proflooring.pt\/\">ProFlooring<\/a>, a company that specializes in industrial flooring, which is now part of the Sotecnisol Group's service offerings.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, in early 2024, a branch office was established in Paris, France, with the aim of strengthening the company\u2019s presence in the European market.
